generate agp

As per the title, is there a reliable way to generate an AGP file from the info_fragments.txt/new_info_fragments.txt, or using dedicated tools?

I'm asking because I wish to switch from PretextMap to juicer and cannot work with the pretext file format... otherwise, is there a way to generate an AGP from a pretext file in output from PretextMap? Thanks in advance!
