Error: Cannot find module '@kossnocorp/desvg/react' when deployed on App Engine

The plugin works great when running locally, but when I try to deploy the same code to App Engine, it does not load and I get the following error in the logs

Error: Cannot find module '@kossnocorp/desvg/react'

This is for a universal react application, running an express server on Node.
