navigating to certain pages makes swipe stop working

After navigating to a page like this: https://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/git-annex/

left/right swipe is no longer recognized in that tab. Other tabs still work fine. Closing and reopening the tab restores the swipe functionality.
