Can't setup/intall Python z80 module

Hello, This happens when doing pip install z80 (or pip install . in the z80 directory of a cloned repo) . This is a Windows machine (Windows 10 Family edition, installed 2023) and Python 3.11.9 (tags/v3.11.9:de54cf5, Apr 2 2024, 10:12:12) [MSC v.1938 64 bit (AMD64)] on win32

Hi Anton, did you try pip install --upgrade setuptools wheel before installing z80?

I was able to reproduce this on Windows. 293200a10408daabe0513a6298ffb4fdf13d8c3f fixed it for me.
