Cmake needs to do a better job of checking for the Boost libraries when building

When I try to build this, Cmake finds my Boost libraries when configuring, but not when building. I'm not sure if this is just me having a hosed build environment, or if it's something that could be fixed by updating the CmakeLists.txt file to do a better job of checking for them...
