Update for Catalyst

We’re in the home stretch moving DEBio over to using MT and renaming to Catalyst. We’re currently putting updated docs together.

I’m opening this since we’ll need to get the chemical reaction Latex code updated, and it looks like the change will break a variety of tests here. ODEs and such should now all go through the corresponding MT systems since the corresponding conversions are now in place.
