NTS-1 mkII: String parameter value with a dot scrolling frame skip

String parameter values with a dot "." symbol are scrolled with frame skip. The dot itself does not occupe the whole posiiton in the LED display as it uses a decimal point segment of the previous position letter. The effect is for example with "E.Piano 1" string: | E| | E.P| | E.PI| <- this "frame" is skipped during the scrolling |E.PIA|
