Incomplete transfer of sdr files

Issue

I recently moved a folder from inside another folder to the root, using the KOReader file browser, but not all the sdr files were moved. I keep the sdr files in the ./docsettings folder. In fact, checking through the computer, I found there were two folders with the same name, in the old location and the new location, where the sdr files were shared. So I had to do the transfer of the remaining sdr files manually.

Can you give the exact paths, to understand the issue?

Let's say that the folder I moved has the name "Lewis". It was in the folder "Literature" of an SD card. I moved it in the root of the SD card. Then, when I open a book, I found that the highlights were missing. I looked in the docsettings folder and I found that there was a folder with the name "Lewis" inside the folder "Literature" with some of the sdr files and a folder "Lewis" in the root (ext2) with the rest of the sdr files.
