koreader FR: TTS(Text-to-Speech) support

**Does your feature request involve difficulty completing a task? Please describe. Sometimes I need to listen to books when I am not able to watch directly.

Describe the solution you'd like Add TTS functionality, for example, using Microsoft's TTS interface.

Also bumping for feature support - Librera reader is an alternative at the moment but I prefer reading in koreader.

I would even be stoked about it if I could use my Android device's built-in TTS features to read whatever's open on my page. I'm not really sure why that doesn't work.
