Add chocolatey deployment

It seems @goreleaser does not yet support creating Chocolatey manifests. This would have to be handled in a different way. See https://github.com/goreleaser/goreleaser/issues/1963

In the meantime, GoReleaser got support for Scoop. It would be great to add Scoop deployments to Gum as well.

Edit: This could be a good Hackergarten issue...

Configured chocolatey as packager. However, there are 2 missing items that make package validation fail

  • The DocsUrl element in the nuspec file should be a valid Url
  • The IconUrl element in the nuspec file should be a valid Url
