I cannot reproduce this with a clean installation of Ubuntu 20.04. I've also tried with Kubuntu to see if it was gnome related but apparently not, it works without an...

How did it go for you? Just creating some notifications to remind, you can take your time

Delete the pince folder and do a clean install. You need to clone the repository recursively as stated in the readme
