Add .mailmap support

Git offers a feature called .mailmap that allows to change the display names of authors and combine multiple authors (by their email addresses).

To get better stats it would be useful to support both, .mailmap files and custom Metior internal mappings to match and combine actors. The latter one could also be used for other VCSs.
