I'd like to add https://www.kaggle.com/datasets to "[Complementary Collections](https://github.com/awesomedata/awesome-public-datasets/blob/master/README.rst#complementary-collections)", but I don't know how to do it here. It seems, only datasets are included here.

Cannot open embedded file

In the PDF https://math.hamburg/s/xQWpANnd7gKT97r, there is a ".dtx" file embedded. The embedded file can be opened well in SumatraPDF 3.1.2. However, in SumatraPDF 3.4.6, it cannot be opened any more....
