Roadmap progress bars aren't Pepper-styled

On the Roadmap for a project, each milestone has a progress bar showing how far along the milestone is.

That progressbar is currently not styled in Pepper, but uses Redmines default styles:

It should be styled to look more like the progress bars displayed on each issue:
