[FR] switch to cgofuse and support FUSE on windows

cgofuse provides in interoplayer for different fuse implementations. Would be great to use this fuse layer instead of the IMHO rather shaky windows webdav client and to expose the whole filesystem on localhost via http. Ideally a fallback for webdav would be default if fuse cannot be initialized (e.g. if winfsp is not installed).

+1 Win10: webdav mounts via kopiaui freeze file commanders like Totalcommander and mounts have then to be manually unmounted once kopia ui is closed. VERY unstable!!! rclone mounts via winfsp on the other hand work fine and reliable. Also streaming works fine with winfsp mounts while webdav is horrible.

Kopia's "Mount" feature through the GUI is convenient, usable, intuitive and fast to access the restore function, especially for less tech savvy users. Command line restore, less so. Files nowadays are often bigger than 4 GB (Webdav limit) and Windows is often configured at sub 50 MB limits by default. The Kopia Windows mount via Webdav is also quite slow. I think the above is a wonderful fix to all these issues. I think this issue is more a bug than an enhancement, considering the error “Error 0x800700DF: The file sizeexceeds the limit allowed and cannot be saved.”. I'm just here to show my support for this issue, or an alternative like this.
