I was wondering if I could use your code commercially? Are you planning on choosing a license?

What is this project licensed under? The pypi page (https://pypi.org/project/access_points/) lists GPLv3 and MIT but without a license file in the repo this cannot be used for anything. https://opensource.stackexchange.com/questions/1720/what-can-i-assume-if-a-publicly-published-project-has-no-license
