Slow or delayed alerts

I tried this app because I have oxygen os and the alerts are sometimes delayed or don't work.

With this app it's even more strange. I get the normal alert from what's app, after like 5 minutes I get an alert from fcmfix. When I open the app there is no new alert or messages.
