Please tell me your error details and the result of the following steps.

• Which platform?
• Do you has been used previous version of the synapse? Did there the same error on the previous version? (If you has been used previous version of the synapse)
• Did the synapse's console displayed something about the error? (it is bottom of the synapse main panel)
• What did you see about the error in the developer tools? (see "How confirm about the error with the developer tools?")

Please following steps.

1. Open the Developer tools (Debug -> Show Developer Tools)
2. Choose Console tab in the tabs on top of the tools
3. Do reproduce error.
4. Perhaps, You can see the error string of the red color.
