Palette Editor can't open animation files with palettes

The Palette Editor can't open animation files with rotating palettes embedded into them (SuperSonic.bin for example)

This is old, but I'm going to address it. SuperSonic.bin doesn't have a palette embedded into it. No animation files have palettes embedded into them. Try opening that file again with the updated animation editor. To edit super palettes, use this: https://gamebanana.com/tools/6582
