How to uninstall/remove the "Plugin Library" itself?

Hello,

How do one uninstall/remove everything that came when the Plugin Library was installed? I want to switch to per plugin installation and keep the TW minimal.

The plugin library itself is a tiddler around 1-5kB. Nothing installed by Plugin Library itself. Just delete the tiddler. In case of kookma plugin library search and delete: $:/config/KookmaPluginLibrary

Any plugin installed no matter from where can be deleted by opening $:/ContarolPanel -> Plugins and then deleting the plugin tiddler.
