Brief Introduction

Academic ePubs need to be able to run in a pure-mode (strictly dictated by the stylesheet and scripts included).

Details

1. Pure-mode should turn off all ereader additives.

2. Scholarly ePubs needs to keep specific relations between text and other elements; changed according to use, as specified in its CSS.

3. From a phone display to a large projection; elements must be restructured according to the relationships between elements.

4. As near as possible, an ePub's css + JS should be 1:1 to display in pure-mode.
