🐛 Tackle CR creation is missing in the installation flow

Description of problen: Tackle CR must be created as part of Konveyor installation, but it is missing in the installation steps.

Version: 0.8.0-alpha.1

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://operatorhub.io/operator/konveyor-operator
  2. Click on Install
