Dry-run

Would be cool to be able to do mortar --dry-run my-app resources/. Mortar could run a "diff" against the processed resources vs. current state on Kubernetes cluster.

We currently already support the --output option to show the processed resources to be shot to Kube cluster, but that's only half of the story.
