Kontalk server Docker images
I don't understand how, but Ubuntu has issues with our Docker environment. See [this thread](https://forum.kontalk.org/t/verification-error-on-self-hosted-kontalk-server/675) and [this thread](https://forum.kontalk.org/t/setup-server-on-aws/643).
In the rebuild command, destroy the old containers *after* having pulled or built the images.
Switch to using Docker stacks since docker-compose will probably be deprecated. Remember to update documentation (or make the launcher or kontalk-setup script do it) to run `docker swarm init` once...
