Scan QR Code to verify Public Keys

For the feature Private key transfer #1090 you use Barcodes for verification. Would it be a good idea to use the same way to verify Public key of contacts and mark this verificated users in contactlist with a green Icon or somewhat (similar to Threema )?

Maybe: -yellow for "I'm not sure but I trust the key anyway and will verify it by our next beer." -green for "I have scanned the code of my contacts phone and can be absolutely sure."

People love green lights. ;-)

So you could fix the argument of @Stefan in our forum: https://forum.kontalk.org/t/what-would-you-say-is-the-main-issue-preventing-kontalks-adoption/376/9 "Don’t make it look like a punishment if people don’t want to verify a contact."

So it would sounds more like "Kontalk is secure. But I can make it more secure on a very simple way"

It might be assimilated to #456, but actually this goes into the "details" button in the red warning bar.
