Not able to enable

I have installed this plugin, it installs just fine, and shows up in installed plugins, but cannot be enabled. Tried rebooting/restarting uninstall/reinstall the usual but same thing, after "enabling" it and refreshing the page, it still shows as greyed out.

Has there been a fix for this?

Im using Raspberry Pi 3 B+ and the newest Octoprint version

I have nothing else using my GPIO pins at all, besides a fan on 3.3v and ground.
