Add readout on plugin page

Feature request, could you add the output of the pin on the plugin page? I'd like to be able to see if it's reporting 1, 0, or some error code. You could use it to test the plugin as well, outputting "Filament Present, pin input X" where X is the value of the pin input. If the plugin would respond that filament was not present, you could change the text to say "Filament not present, pin input X"
