Does not work on newest Octoprint release?

It looks like it does not work on the newest Octoprint release, it installs, and shows up in installed plugins, but cannot be enabled. Tried rebooting/restarting uninstall/reinstall the usual but same thing, after "enabling" it and refreshing the page, it still shows as greyed out.

I just tested the install process with OctoPrint 1.3.6 and can confirm the problem behavior. It installs without any obvious errors but is not enabled and no combination or reboot / reload/ refresh will allow the plugin to be enabled.
