Add more qualifiers

We should add more qualifiers. At least P548 (version type) should be added. P963 (download-link) would be another option.

P963 is a property that should not be used for software releases, instead P4945 should be used. There was however no proper consensus on whether this should be used at all. Therefore, this should be discussed again, before implementing this. Feel free to try your luck, but it's hard to get enough people to reply to any discussion.
