Speed Module bypass (tick)

Issue description

Using tomato 1.8.8 speed (tick) module it will bypass aac, other modules it will block fine (havent test them all yet)

konsolas is still taking a break from AAC development, focusing on exams and other important things. I currently expect it to get better mid july. (During these it is even hard for me to reach him)
