Combat false positives for 1.9+ delay attacking
Issue description
The aac_aim_sync check will false when a player uses a weapon with a high attack cooldown (axe) and waits for the full delay, while jumping up and down to achieve critical hits. AAC does not account for this, and takes it for kill aura.
