Plans to upgrade dbSNP version?

Are there plans to use a higher version of dbSNP? We get these scenarios where variants only discovered in ExAC have rsIDs (>v144) but not referred to in the browser eg. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/SNP/snp_ref.cgi?rs=779106104
