Cannot Receive/Decode large data.frame with row.names

This unit test does not work on large (>16MB) data frames with row.names. RServeCLI2.Test.Qap1Test.Command_ReadLargeDataFrame_ProperlyReceivesAndDecodesSexpFromServer
