[feature-request] Add the access palette (hidden,starttime,endtime)

Sometimes it's helpful just to deactivate or start later a redirect. So enabling the fields hidden, starttime, endtime would be very helpful.

Maybe just load the Access pallette is all what you need and take care in ext_tables.sql and your Repository?
