Can this extension be added to open-vsx registry?

Hi I am a VSCodium (an open-source fork of VSCode) user and due to some legal considerations, they cannot include the microsoft extensions store on it. They instead use the more open registry of open-vsx. If possible could please upload this extension to this registory. The details of how to upload are available on this github page.

@harshcurious Thank you for the issue! Hm, I see there is some version in open-vsx - https://open-vsx.org/extension/littlefoxteam/vscode-python-test-adapter. I assume it's uploaded somehow automatically.

But you can claim ownership as described on this wiki page. Basically you have to create an issue here, and you would be granted access to the publish the extension yourself!
