[Feature Request]Allow upgrading a Helm Chart that is hosted in an OCI-compliant registry

We are installing charts that are hosted in an OCI-compliant registry (Harbor/Azure Container Registry). Using Helm directly ("helm upgrade"), Helm can automatically search for the latest version accounding to SemVer versioning rules.

It would be great, if this feature could also be used to indicate newer versions in Helm Dashboard.
