Add cortana support

How should Cortana support be implemented? I'd be interested in working on this.

It's a bit tricky part. Initial plan was to create files search support from Cortana. Like: "Cortana, kommander show all html files that have name "test"". Have a look at this file: https://github.com/kommanderapp/kmd-uwp/blob/master/kmd/KommanderVoiceCommands.xml.

This is a basic configuration. I guess in released version this part is working. ( just Cortana is lunching kommander)
