sorting manga by the predicted release date optional: add this sorting method only if predict next release is actually active

LibrarySettingsDialog::ColumnScope.SortPage -> add option to list detekt/baseline.xml -> add <ID>MagicNumber:LibrarySortMode.kt$LibrarySort.Type.xx$0bxx LibraryScreenModel::sortFn -> Implement the sort (using nextUpdate field from the map?)
