Same issue here. I was wondering if it was due to the fact I'm using a Microsoft Surface Pro. I don't know why.

On my Lenovo Laptop it didnt work, but on my Asus Pc this worked fine. Both Win 10.

Did anyone figure out a solution for screenshot size? I'm having the same problem...

It was an issue related to high resolution screen that has something to do with the dpi scaling. If you are using PS4 remote play. On the desktop short cut or wherever you open the remote play application. Right click on it and choose properties. Go to -> Compatibility, select -> Change high DPI settings. If you are on Windows 10, tick the first options, for the first option choose "I open this program". Close and re-open remote play and screenshot should capture the whole screen. dsadasdsa

For me it was caused by the display scaling being set to 125%. Got it working by setting it to 100%.
