Updates to Jackson 2.5, 2.6, releases?

I was wondering if it was possible to create upgraded versions of this dataformat module, for Jackson minor versions 2.5 and 2.6, and release such versions to Maven Central? I realize that this is some work (with which I can help), and that some of it is optional in that current version probably works with multiple minor versions of jackson-core. But there are some improvements that come with 2.5 and 2.6, and it would be nice to get benefits there.

@komamitsu I do not know if you are subscribed to jackson-dev google group yet, but if not, it would be great to have you join (if you are already there, apologies for not realizing it). It would be useful to be able to discuss things and perhaps coordinate releases. There are other modules (including dataformats for BSON) that are also managed outside of fasterxml team, but it would be great to have some level of coordination, so users can upgrade a whole set of components, knowing they should work great together.

@cowtowncoder Thanks for the comment. This project was already merged to msgpack/msgpack-java and jackson-databind:2.6.3 is used in it (https://github.com/msgpack/msgpack-java/blob/v07-develop/project/Build.scala#L138) msgpack-java:0.7.1 was already released to Maven Central.

@komamitsu Ah ok. Did not know that, good to know wrt msgpack-java. Would it make sense to add a note on README of this project? I can also update link from https://github.com/FasterXML/jackson to make sure anyone who wants to use msgpack via Jackson knows how and where to get the module. I'll have a look at Maven central as well.

And finally, I can then update https://github.com/FasterXML/jackson-benchmarks to use more recent msgpack codecs.
