"Couldn't create the playback session for this item" - 4.11 Issue

Hi,

I really like the plugin, absolutely brilliant! Unfortunately since the 4.11 upgrade it has stopped working and I'm getting the following message: "Couldn't create the playback session for this item". This on the iOS Plex app.

I've attempted to downgrade, cleared cache/deauthorised account to no avail.

Please let me know what I can do to get it working. Thank you!

I have the same issue. Checked the "pre-roll settings under extras" and it wasn't set, as a couple users had success by deleting the URL.
