Roll by day
Congrats with issue #200. :) That means you application is really useful to people.
I filled #199 because I wanted to select all photoes for particular day (from different apps) to .zip and send to my friends, but native Samsung Gallery app modifies file timestamps and them misses them up, so I could not accomplish the task.
"Roll by day" means that I could be able to see day separator in a rolling view that is sorted by date, and select all pictures from that day by clicking on it.
As features started to creep, seeing overview what folders are included in selection also helps to notice duplicates from copied files. Excluding these folders would be a great feature too.

I'd love to see this functionality as well! The Google Photos app does this, though I'm trying to reduce my dependency on Google, and yours is easily the best FOSS gallery app I've come across.
It would be useful to have a date separator between thumbnails within an album that is sorted by date.
