Justify center and right and background color not working

As can be seen on https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-editor-wysiwyg the justify center and background color can't produce any modification on HTML output. Example on attached image.

Have you used normal tag or tag for form ? because if you use tag for form then this still persist
