We should stop shipping `/usr/local/kolide-k2/bin/osqueryd`

Long ago we shipped /usr/local/kolide-k2/bin/osqueryd and it made sense. But today, launcher is it's own product, and we don't update that. Because it's out of date, it creates confusion. And if someone wants a shell, they should use launcher interactive

So, I think that means we should stop shipping a binary to /usr/local/kolide-k2/bin/osqueryd. I think we should still ship an osqueryd, but we should drop it somewhere else. Maybe into var somewhere.

I could be persuaded to include a symlink so that people could invoke that and get a launcher helper than invoked osqueryd... But I'm not convinced the juice is worth the squeeze.
