Linux packages do not display a license

I was chatting with a customers, who mentioned that their linux users complained that the linux packages do not contain a license. Which causes them to display oddly in some package listing tool.

Doing a little research, I can see that fpm supports --license argument, that I assume does the right thing.

However it's not clear to me what the right thing is. Launcher is now a mix of OSS and EE code, and the package contains a tenant specif secret. But, rpm's license field says we should be using SPDX and it's not totally clear to me how to represent this.
