Implement SSO Logout

Proper SSO behavior is to log out SP application when a user logs out of the IDP. We don't do this now, it's fairly simple to implement, and it will confuse users if the functionality isn't there.

Hi,

We have configured fleet version 2.0.0rc3 sso with microsoft adfs and is working fine, but when logout from fleet it does not send the notification to adfs.
