Pascal VOC imageset localization fine tune details

Could you provide more details about the localization fine tune on pascal voc?

For example, 10582 image labels for the input_list.txt ? I would be very appreciated if you can provide it, i know it can be extracted from their dataset annotation...but i am lazy :-P
