Theano GPU ID and Caffe GPU ID must be the same

Hi, I am not sure if it is an issue. If I specify different GPU ID for theano and caffe, caffe will get stuck before training.

Hi, Thanks for pointing this out. I've experienced the same problem as well. Any suggestions how to tackle this issue are welcome.
