<style title=""> attribute breaking everything.

Using basic configuration, I run out on a problem on FF 17, and Chrome 29, where the styles were ignored, so the player loaded, but no styling, showing just the time "00:00/01:55". The controls are there, but not visible, due to the lack of css.

After a few hours I copied the generated css, and put it manually. It still won't work until you remove the title from the style tag: <style type="text/css" title="audiojs">

This is weird, I know, and unfortunately I can't show you an example, as it's an intranet development. But it could be great if someone checks this out.
