tap to hide caption

Summary

currently there's no way to hide caption/file name on a fullscreen image, as tapping it just closes it. there is already an X button and swiping to close the image, so tapping should hide the UI elements.

Purpose

sometimes captions can obscure images and it would be nice to dismiss them somehow
